Purpose of collecting 

School  Pupil Courses : On application of booking a place for their child on a course,  parents, carers and guardians will be required to complete an online booking form with Pagoda Pottery for the purpose of attendance, allergies, contact details and payment. 

The data will be kept by the data controller for the duration of the course and then destroyed/deleted within a period of 90 days.
